We understand how frustrating it can be if you are having issues listening to the audios. 
Please follow our Step-by-Step instructions below that address common issues.  
 
If you try all of the solutions below and still cannot hear the Audios,
please do not register for the class.
 
 
With so many variables, we are unable offer individual technical support.
 
 
**CAN'T DOWNLOAD THE PDF? 
Visit Adobe Reader to download the software.
 
**IF AUDIOS ARE SLUGGISH
Your current conncection to the internet is too slow to play them.
 
 
1. CLEAR YOUR WEB BROWSER'S CACHE
This corrects 99% of issues.  Don't know how to clear your cache?  CLICK HERE  Once cleared, close your web browser and open it again.
 
2. YOU ARE SEEING AN OOOPS! MESSAGE WHERE THE AUDIO LECTURE PLAYS
Sometimes, our video and audio host Vimeo.com gets overloaded.  Come back in a few hours and try again.
 
3. OPEN OUR SITE IN A DIFFERENT WEB BROWSER
If you have multiple browsers (Firefox, Internet Explorer, etc.) try to listen to the Lectures in another browser.  There are known issues with our host Vimeo.com and Firefox.
 
4. TRY ANOTHER DEVICE
Have another internet compatible device (phone, tablet, etc.)?  See if you can listen to the Lectures from the new device.  If so, then the issue is local to your computer.  Continue through the list below.
 
5. VIEW THE TESTER PAGE
Did you try and view the Test Your Computer page options?  If not, click on the link and play the samples on the page.  If the Test Page works, but the Lectures in the class do not, try clearing your cache again.
 
6. ARE YOU OUTSIDE OF THE UNITED STATES?
If you are outside if the United States, you may have issues with our video and audio host.  Please contact www.vimeo.com directly with your issue.
 
7. YOU ARE SEEING A SORRY MESSAGE IN THE SPACE WHERE THE VIDEO/AUDIO SHOULD BE
This is a know issue with Firefox.  This also occurs when you try to copy and paste our code, which is not allowed.  Clear your cache or try an alternate browser.
 
 
If you are still having issues...take a break and come back in a few days.  Or, you may contact Vimeo.com directly to assist you with your individual issue.
